Hypnotherapy for Habits, Food & Behaviour
When knowing what you want to change is not enough to change it.
Individual online work with Marta in Bulgarian and English.
In our first conversation, we discuss the habit you want to change. Together, we consider whether this approach is right for you.
Habits, Food & Behaviour
Some behaviours can feel almost automatic. You may genuinely want to stop smoking, change the way you eat, stop procrastinating or leave another unwanted habit behind, yet repeatedly find yourself returning to it.
Habits often become connected with comfort, reward, stress relief, avoidance or other learned emotional associations. RTT can help uncover what the behaviour is doing for you at a deeper level and work to replace that familiar automatic response with a more helpful one.
Who you will work with
I’m Marta Encheva-Malinova, PhD, a hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) practitioner.

How we begin working on this concern
-
First conversation
We choose a specific habit — such as emotional eating, smoking or procrastination — and explore when it occurs and what it is connected with.
-
RTT session
An RTT session usually lasts 90–120 minutes. We work with the experiences and associations connected with your specific concern.
-
Support after the session
After the session, you receive a personalised recording to listen to regularly over the following weeks. We stay in regular contact during this time. After a minimum of three weeks, we review what you have noticed and whether further work would be useful.
Before we begin
Do I need to know why I return to the habit?
No. We can start with specific situations and what you would like to change.
Can we work on several habits?
We agree on one focus first. We discuss any connections between concerns; separate concerns may need separate work.
Would you like to explore what keeps this habit in place?
Our conversation can start with the habit you want to change and what you have noticed so far.
