Support Through Motherhood, Guilt & Change
Becoming a mother – while still being yourself.
Individual online work with Marta in Bulgarian and English.
In our first conversation, we discuss guilt, expectations or changes in motherhood. Together, we consider whether this approach is right for you.
Motherhood
Motherhood changes much more than a daily routine. It can change how you see your body, your identity, your relationships, your work and your sense of freedom.
Even when your baby was deeply wanted, you may find yourself experiencing love alongside doubt, guilt, pressure or overwhelm.
RTT can help you explore the beliefs and expectations underneath those feelings and develop a more supportive relationship with yourself as a mother.
You may recognise:
Guilt & expectations
-
fear of not being a good enough mother;
-
pressure to be the “perfect” mother;
-
maternal guilt;
-
fear of repeating patterns from your own childhood;
Identity & relationships
-
feeling that you have lost part of your identity;
-
difficulty prioritising your own needs;
-
changes in your relationship after having a baby;
-
fear of losing independence or freedom;
Work & your own decisions
-
balancing motherhood with career and professional identity;
-
anxiety about returning to work;
-
difficulty trusting your own decisions as a parent.
You do not need to become a perfect version of motherhood. The work is about helping you feel more secure in your own way of being a mother – with greater self-trust, flexibility and compassion for yourself.
The emotional side matters too
Hypnotherapy does not replace fertility assessment, reproductive medicine, antenatal care or obstetric care. It can work alongside medical care, supporting the emotional and psychological side of the experience.
Who you will work with
I’m Marta Encheva-Malinova, PhD, a hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) practitioner.

How we begin working on this concern
-
First conversation
We begin with what weighs on you — feeling not good enough, losing part of your identity or returning to work.
-
RTT session
An RTT session usually lasts 90–120 minutes. We work with the experiences and associations connected with your specific concern.
-
Support after the session
After the session, you receive a personalised recording to listen to regularly over the following weeks. We stay in regular contact during this time. After a minimum of three weeks, we review what you have noticed and whether further work would be useful.
Before we begin
Do I need to know where these feelings began?
No. We can begin with what you experience today and the expectations you carry for yourself.
What if I have several connected concerns?
In the first conversation, we agree on a useful starting focus. Connected concerns can be part of the same pattern.
Would you like space for your own needs too?
We can talk about how you feel as a mother and what you would like to be different for you.
